When it comes to Losing fat or building muscles, you require 2 things straight on.
1. A Good diet
2. an hours work out
Most people will tell you that just plain 1 hour of jogging will help you lose fat increase your stamina. Yes it’s right. Running or for that matter any exercise will get you in a better shape if you continue to do it regularly. It’s one of the best exercises to lose fat if done Right. But if you are looking at being in PERFECT shape then you need something more than a Good diet. You need only one hours of Work out but here we will be looking at 1 hour of specialized work out. It’s important to know that certain exercises are less efficient when it comes to losing fat. To lose fat on the right places, you need to target your exercise on the right places.
